We
at Bergen Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates
would like to take this opportunity to familiarize you
with our staff as well as the policies and philosophies
of our offices. Having served Bergen County and the
surrounding areas for almost 50 years, we have strong
personal and professional ties to the community. Our
primary goals continue to be to provide patients with
the highest quality care possible in a friendly
and relaxed environment, and to be available to respond
to and provide same day emergency care when necessary.
With three state-of-the-art facilities conveniently
located throughout the area, we will be there when you
call. Additionally, we are proud to offer the latest
techniques in hard and soft tissue regeneration,
carbon dioxide laser surgery and dental implant
placement. You are always welcome to stop in and

Dr.
Steven M. Moss
is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon
who received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree
from Tufts
University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts.
He completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial
surgery at the University of Connecticut.
Dr.
Moss maintains a hospital affiliation at Hackensack
University Medical Center and is former Section Chief of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Pascack Valley Hospital.

Dr.
Jason Diamond is a Diplomate of the American Board
of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr.
Diamond is both a physician and a dentist. He
graduated from Columbia University School of Dental
and Oral Surgery where he received his Doctor of
Dental Surgery. From there he went on
to receive his Medical Degree at The Mount Sinai
School of Medicine in New York City. Dr.
Diamond completed his one-year internship in General
Surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital. He then
went on to complete the prestigious Oral & Maxillofacial
Surgery residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital,
serving as chief resident in his last year. Dr.
Diamond continues his close relationship with The
Mount Sinai as he is a member of the faculty at The
Mount Sinai School of Medicine. In
addition, Dr. Diamond holds a teaching position
at the Hackensack University
Medical Center where
he works closely with their general dental residents.
Dr.
Diamond has lectured both locally and nationally
on various topics including mandibular reconstruction,
dental implantology, bone grafting and orthognathic
surgery. Dr.
Diamond has numerous articles published in both the
medical and oral surgery literature. He is
a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial
Surgeons, and a member of the Bergen County Dental
Society and New York & New Jersey Society of
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Diamond maintain hospital affiliations at The Mount
Sinai Hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center
and Pascack Valley Hospital.

Dr. Vincent Novelli is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery . He has earned doctorates in both medicine and dentistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (Boston, Massachusetts) and his Doctor of Medicine from The Mount Sinai / NYU School of Medicine in New York City. At Mount Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Novelli completed a one-year general practice residency, a one-year general surgery internship, and his six-year specialty training in oral & maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Novelli has lectured nationally and internationally on the treatment of dentofacial deformities, maxillofacial trauma, head and neck infections, and advanced implantology. His surgical skills encompass the entire scope of treatment options-- for patients with congenital, acquired, or traumatic problems of the oral cavity, maxillofacial skeleton, and associated structures. Procedures he performs include the repair of cleft lip, cleft palate, and all facial fractures, as well as corrective-cosmetic/orthognathic jaw surgery, dental and craniofacial implants and associated bone grafting, laser surgery, and arthroscopic/open surgery of the temporomandibular joint.
Dr. Novelli is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a member of the New York & New Jersey Societies of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. He maintains hospital/teaching affiliations at Hackensack University Medical Center, Pascack Valley Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center , and Elmhurst Trauma Center.
